I called about a house on the internet and Robin actually answered the phone, but she was out of town and sent us to Tracey. She called us right back and met us that afternoon to look at the house. We didn't like that house, but Tracey listened to my wife's wants/needs for our house. She then drove all over the city with us and we ended up meeting Julian who works for Lennar Homes. THe two of them took us everywhere until we found the right home. We continue to conversate with both of them and plan on having them over for a BBQ House warming when we get everything setup. Tracy Gallimore is a REAL ESTATE GURU!!! From the very first phone call she listened to our needs, asked probing questions to gain better understanding of our requirements, and went to work finding our new home! She has gone above and beyond the scope of any Real Estate Agent we've ever used. It started with her renting an SUV to be able to accommodate my recently disabled husband and his equipment on an area and home search tour. Then she prescreened homes for us by visiting them herself to ensure they met our qualifications. She only took us to homes that matched our must haves, which saved a lot of time and unnecessary travel for my husband. Since we are relocating to Alabama from California, we don't know anyone in town. Tracey seems to know everyone, so hooked us up with all the professionals needed to get our home ready for us!
